There is something to be said for the first signs of a long awaited spring. It's almost as if nature is sharing with us just a little gentle reminder that there's always a chance for change--for new beginnings, starting over, or initiating a course change.

Black and White
As much as my love for color in image remains steadfast, there is something about black and white photography that just grabs its viewer. Here are some shots I experimented with both color and focus.

It's the way you, everything. You could not begin to know.
Pathway
Disconnect. In the way your words don't quite reach me, or know me for everything I am. Memories both calm and chill me, clues of what may come and all that will never be. I question you. I question everything hidden beyond this path I'm expected to lead.

She could only imagine, from that brief (so fragile) window in time, where it would all finally take her. Juxtaposed between two existences--though one more "real" than the other--the question still remained, lingering behind soft brown eyes: Who was she?
